Judge asks Supreme Court prosecutor to denounce Alvise Perez for threats against her

The investigating judge number 18 of Seville, who is investigating Vito Quiles for insults and slander against the spokesperson of Facua, asked the Supreme Prosecutor’s Office to denounce Alvise Perez because of the threats against her that the far-right agitator made via his Telegram channel, on which he has more than 700,000 subscribers.

It was precisely as a result of the investigation into Vito Quiles that the episode with Alvise Pérez occurred. It was last June, when the judge in Seville asked the National Police to locate Vito Quiles and take his statement following the complaint that Rubén Sánchez, secretary general of Facua, had filed before him.

Due to a mistake by the magistrate, Quiles’ arrest was initially requested, although the court clarified that the officers only had to locate him to inform him that the case against him was being opened. During this period, the far-right agitator posted two messages against her ordering her to rectify her judicial decisions under threat of publishing “things on the definition of the term corruption”.

“I give the judge 24 hours to rectify the arrest warrant against Vito Quiles and say that it is a mistake and that he only asks to know where he is; it is a criminal and unacceptable order,” Alvise published on his television channel, in addition to another later in which he claims to have spoken with the magistrate to convey the message.

Thanks to these two publications, The judge understands that Alvise Perez could have suffered “threats and repression of the judicial function” and he sent the messages in question to the Office of the Prosecutor of the Supreme Court, because due to his status as a Member of the European Parliament, it is the competent court to investigate him. For his part, Vito Quiles will appear under investigation before the same judge on November 25 at 11:50 a.m. for insults and slander against the aforementioned spokesperson of the Facua.

Some messages that describe the usual tone of this mailing list, in which its members make many comments against journalists, migrants, judges and others who do not agree with their ideals.
