On the same day, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who has provided moral and political support to Azerbaijan since the beginning of the war in Karabakh, talks about the progress of the war in his speech to the local community and draws attention. to the fact that Azerbaijan is approaching victory:
“I spoke with my brother Ilham Aliyev this morning, I received the information about the current situation directly from him. Alhamdulillah, we were very happy when we heard the information about the good events from him. Hopefully, we are getting closer to victory. They were separated from occupied territories for 30 years, but now they are returning to their occupied lands.
However, the enemy on the verge of defeat still does not stop committing war crimes. Use phosphorus bombs to impede the movement of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) belonging to our military and fire artillery and rockets at our civilians. A projectile fell on a private house located in the village of Barda, Yeni Eyrica, which was attacked since the morning, killing Shahmali Żitra oghlu Rahimov, born in 2004, who was in the yard of the house at that time. During the day, the deranged enemy shelled Tartar town and Eskipara, Ghazyan and Husanli villages of the region, Yukhari Qiyamaddinli village of Aghjabedi and Chullu and Chiragli villages of Aghdam. As a result of a shell falling near a private house in the village of Eskipara, a villager was injured.
Of course, these crimes of the enemy do not go unanswered. Our army, which does not accept any provocation, continues to respond to all terrorist acts and war crimes of the enemy on the battlefield. A large number of personnel, vehicle equipment and mortars were destroyed as a result of artillery fire at the combat positions of the 5th Mountain Rifle Regiment of the Armenian Armed Forces in the direction of Aghdara. As a result of another operation carried out by our army, a battalion of the 6th enemy mountain rifle regiment lost its personnel and the guns of a battery of the artillery division were disabled.
The personnel of the enemy’s special military unit 022, which since the beginning of the fighting has suffered heavy losses in terms of personnel and has therefore been reinforced by local residents and volunteers recruited in Armenia some time ago, are being surrounded and crushed by our units. The rest of the special forces are forced to abandon their positions and retreat. A part of the personnel of the 178th reconnaissance battalion of the Armenian armed forces participating in the fighting was destroyed by our units. Basically, the enemy, who lost a large number of military personnel and equipment in the ongoing fighting in the direction of Aghdara, Aghdam and Khojavend of the front, is forced to retreat a little.
Thus, the superiority of the Azerbaijani army on the forty-second day of the war indicates that our flag will soon fly everywhere in our lands.
