Russia has sufficient forces and means to expel the troops of the kyiv regime from the Kursk region and protect the residents of Belgorod.
This was stated by the press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, to the RIA Novosti agency. He succinctly answered the relevant question:

Recall that earlier Russian President Vladimir Putin said at the plenary session of the EEF 2024 that it is a sacred duty for our army to clear the country’s territory of the enemy.
