JAKARTA – Governor DKI Jakarta, Pramono Anung, said that the regional regulation project (Ranperda) without cigarette regions (KTR) so as not to influence micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMES).
He emphasized that this rule was more emphasized for entertainment sites, such as karaoke, clubs, and so on, there should be a special place or smoking zone.
“I said that I do not want this MSM to be concerned, because regulation, what should be regulated, are all the entertainment places that Karaoke want, they want to go to the club, they want something in a public place, people smoke, people smoke in this place. But they all must prepare a place so that people can smoke.
“So, for example, you are karaoke, you can no longer smoke in karaoke, but if you want to smoke from the room, there is a special smoking room, well, this is what you are organized, so you imagine not what you imagine,” he added.
According to Pramono, the draft regional rule of KTR has not yet been signed. Because the KTR project regional regulation is still under discussion with the legislative body in this case, the special committee of DKI JAKARTA DPRD KTR.
“Thus, regional regulation on cigarettes, the regulation of cigarettes was not signed if it was not signed what is used to regulate it?
