The municipal seal has disappeared in Azerbaijan.
According to information obtained by Ekonomiyyat.az, the seal of Gulubayli municipality in Imishli district has been lost.
It is unknown under what circumstances the stamp was lost. The stamp is not valid because it is missing.
It should be noted that in 2022, the chairman of the Gulubeyli municipality, Mirveli Taghiyev, born in 1948, was removed from office. M. Tagyev, who has been working as a member and chairman of the municipality since 1999, was brought to the investigation as a person accused of violating the right to ownership, use or lease of land, abuse of power and forgery.
According to the decision of the Lankaran Court of Serious Crimes in June this year, he was sentenced to 4 years of restriction of liberty (electronic bracelet). The victim in court was the representative of the municipality and, at the same time, the civil plaintiff, brother of former President Galib Nagiyev.
Ghalib Nagiyev is currently the Chairman of Gulubeyli Municipality, starting in 2022.
