The proposal to modify the Code of Civil Procedure was discussed today in the plenary session of Parliament.
Oku.Az informs that according to the draft, the request for cancellation of the temporary security measure will be considered and resolved within 20 days of its receipt in the court. The motion will be considered no later than when it is filed or at the next session of the court.
When the issue specified in the petition must be resolved urgently, a court hearing may be scheduled by informing the persons involved in the case about the consideration of the petition.
The request for correction of errors or errors in the account opened in the resolution or decision will be considered and resolved within ten days following its submission to the court.
The project was put to a vote and adopted on third reading.
