Three Greco-Roman wrestlers from Azerbaijan will participate in the final match of the world championship to be held in Tirana, the capital of Albania.
Oku.Az reports that Eldeniz Azizli (55kg) will face Iran’s Poya Marz in the gold medal match. Nihat Mammadli (63 kg) will clarify relations with the Kazakh Yerjet Jarlikassin and Ulvu Ganizade (72 kg) with the Frenchman Ibrahim Ghanem in the decisive match.
Gurban Gurbanov (82kg) will face Jalgasbay Berdimuratov of Uzbekistan in the consolation match.
Our fighters will also start the fight. Alyona Kolesnik (59 kg) will face Ana Franka from Brazil, Elis Manolova (65 kg) will face Natalia Kubati from Poland.
It should be noted that the world championship will end on October 31.
