The leader of the PSOE in Aragon raises his voice in the Federal Committee to denounce the agreement with the Catalan independentists and joins his criticisms to those of Emiliano García-Page
If at the entrance of the Federal Committee the protagonist was Emiliano Garcia-PageWhen leaving the meeting, the one who focused all the spotlight was Javier Lambán, leader of the PSOE in Aragon, who also raised his voice to denounce the pact concluded by the Catalan socialists with the ERC, by which Catalonia will benefit from a single tax system that will allow you to collect all taxes.
For the Aragonese, the agreed reform “is a structural change” which “goes against the Constitution and a cohesive and united Spain. That is why he is “radically” opposed to it, because this “concert” – as he describes it – “is the opposite of what the majority of communities defend.”
In his review of the project that ERC made public at the time, given that the PSOE has not yet made public any signed document detailing the agreement, Lambán highlighted some points that, in his opinion, are “unconstitutional”, since the “Autonomous Financing” is a “state issue” and not a bilateral negotiation between the autonomies and the government.
Lambán joked about the agreement between the PSC and the ERC, which he said had been read “in Spanish and Catalan” on the recommendation of Salvador Illa. “It’s a bomb”“, he stressed, while warning of “the impact this could have on voters” if it eventually comes into force.
