The left side of his body is bruised from the spectacular crash he suffered six days ago at MotorLand and he describes the pain as being as if he had been stabbed with a knife, but Pecco Bagnaia responded to the champion and achieved a stratospheric pole in the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli.

The Italian (1:30.304) dominated the qualifying session without finding an opponent and broke the circuit record (1:30.390), which was in the possession of Jorge Martín since last season.

Pecco Bagnaia adds his second pole of the year, after the one made in Assen, and accumulates 20 in MotoGP and 27 in the world championship after the one obtained on a track that he knows perfectly thanks to the training sessions organized every week by the Valentino Rossi academy. So much so that Franco Morbidelli And Marco Bezzecchiboth drivers of the VR46 Riders Academy, will accompany him in the front row of the starting grid.
