“There will be something, I wouldn’t call it the Intronet, but there will be certain borders for citizens of other states. And now it is a state of total chaos: anyone who wants can enter. There are many fakes, many people who represent a country and are actually in another country.
All this, sooner or later, will come under the control of certain structures. In my opinion, this is inevitable,” he concluded.
