According to him, some studies have shown that daytime naps can increase performance and activity. The doctor noted that daytime naps should not exceed 30 minutes. In addition, it is advisable to sleep in a fairly quiet and dark room, and it is important to wake up at the right time so as not to feel tired during the day.
Pankov noted that one should go to sleep in the afternoon at such a time that there are eight hours left before nighttime sleep.
