A group of scientists led by Professor Franklin Bye of the Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology has developed wireless charging technology for moving electric vehicles.
Oku.Az reports that the study was published in the journal “Applied Energy.”
The new technology involves a wireless system that provides uninterrupted power to moving vehicles. The system creates a large, strong magnetic field through a network of wires, allowing cars to maneuver freely without the need for expensive ferromagnetic materials.
The article mentions that the electric current passing through the electromagnetic generator creates a circular magnetic field and ensures efficient energy transfer.
