The ceiling of apartment number eight of building number 86 on 8 de Noviembre Avenue collapsed and fell to the ground.
Fortunately no one was injured during the incident.
According to the owner of the house, Kamran Aliyev, the roof of the building collapsed on October 7.
Although he approached the relevant authorities about it, no representative inspected the building:
“The Khatai district executive authority told us that the building we live in is listed as an emergency building. When the incident occurred, my husband, son and I were at work. My daughter-in-law and two young grandchildren were at house, the roof of the apartment collapsed two minutes after they left the house.
Regarding the incident, the Khatai district executive authority informed that necessary measures will be taken after employees inspect the building.
