It was reported that on September 8 at around 3:00 p.m. the VAZ-2107 and “Mercedes” vehicles collided in the village of Bayan in the region.
As a result, the driver of the VAZ, 37-year-old Ayyub Ayyubov, died from his injuries in hospital, while the driver of the “Mercedes” Tural Latifov and three of his passengers were injured.
A criminal case has been opened.
