This is stated in a message from the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
“On November 8, the deputy head of the Canadian diplomatic mission in Moscow was summoned to the Russian Foreign Ministry, who was given an official note regarding false accusations of supposedly planned “Russian sabotage” against the NATO countries with the distribution, including to recipients in Canada, of explosives in postal correspondence,” — reported the diplomatic department.
The Russian Federation warned the Canadian side that any hostile action by Ottawa would receive a response. Moscow calls on Ottawa to abandon harmful measures that deepen confrontation.
