Baku TV conducted a survey among residents of the capital on the occasion of November 8, Victory Day.
The residents told how they received the news of the historic Victory we obtained in the Patriotic War and what feelings they had.
The citizens who were proud of the victory highlighted that they could not sleep that night due to joy.
“Suddenly, as if a revelation had come to me. I woke up and turned on the television. I saw Mr. President say: ‘My dear ones, I congratulate you on the victory,'” the resident said.
