The Wagner PMC is based in Belarus and trains soldiers of its army – Volfovich

Belarus is using the experience of the Wagner PMC units deployed in the country, State Secretary of the Security Council of Belarus Alexander Volfovich said this on the ONT television channel.

“We take into account and benefit from the experience of the Wagner PMC units stationed here in Belarus. Their instructors are in our units and they share the practical skills they acquired during a special military operation during combat operations in other hot spots around the world.” – said Volfovich.

The emphasis now is on drones, electronic warfare and counter-battery warfare, he said.

“Today everything starts in the air, with reconnaissance, detection and destruction means. And then, accordingly, we go down to the ground: this includes camouflage, anti-mine barriers and maneuverable actions in small groups – all of this is taken into account during combat training,” Volfovich explained.

According to him, over the past two years the Armed Forces of Belarus – this also applies to other troops, military formations, internal troops, border service agencies, special forces and all structures of the security bloc – have made a significant step forward.

“We have set tasks for our State Military-Industrial Committee, because there is war today,” the Secretary of State of the Security Council summed up.
