Algeria’s electoral commission has announced that the country’s current leader, Abdulmajid Tebbou, has been re-elected president.

Oku.Az The Associated Press reported on this.

According to Algeria’s electoral commission, Tebbun won more than 94 percent of the vote. His opponents, Islamist Abdulali Hasani Sherif and socialist representative Yusif Ausish, won 3 and 2.1 percent of the votes respectively.
