4. Use the advantages of online vehicles with the corresponding numbers.
If you need to take a private vehicle, you can order an online taxi with a strange plate. Make sure you checked this before the start of the trip.

If your trip is not urgent, consider the possibility of delaying for an odd hour. This will not allow you to get a ticket.

Waze or Google cards can help control traffic conditions, providing an alternative route, if necessary.
