Endesa brings the role of distribution networks closer to society through urban art

Zoom on the paper distribution in the energy transition to society through urban art. This is the objective of the initiative ConectArte, launched by Endesa and its network subsidiary, e-distribution. ConectArte seeks to visualize this role through art and the perspective of young people.

In the 2024 edition of ConnectArt, Students over 16 years old from educational centers of Teruel, Hospitalet de Llobregat, Palma de Mallorca, Badajoz and Arona, the locations chosen to carry out the urban art interventions in electronic distribution facilities.

Participants must freely reinterpret the theme of the competition send a sketch on energy transition and sustainability, reflecting the importance of electrical networks in the transition to clean, sustainable and emission-free energy. Masterclass with Illogical crew

The winner, along with their classmates, will receive a masterclass from Unlogic Crew and witness the execution of the work using the walls of electronic distribution facilities as a canvas to capture the winning concept.

Unlogic Crew is one of the most recognized urban art collectives in Spain. It is made up of nine friends from different neighborhoods of Madrid who began their artistic interventions in urban environments at the end of 1999, between the fields of Concepción and Vicálvaro neighborhoodIts members are professionals from different fields; among them are graphic designers, industrial designers and painting teachers as well as professionals from fields outside the art world.
