The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) reported that they recorded around 80 projectiles fired by Hezbollah into Israeli territory in the last 24 hours.
“About 80 projectiles fired by the terrorist organization Hezbollah crossed the Israeli border from Lebanon today (Friday, November 8),” – says a message on the army telegram channel.
Since October 1, Israel has been carrying out a ground operation against Hezbollah forces in southern Lebanon and continues air operations. Hezbollah is fighting ground combat and has not stopped firing rockets into Israeli territory.
The main objective of the military campaign in Israel is to create conditions for the return home of 60,000 inhabitants of the north of the country who were evacuated due to the bombings launched by Hezbollah a year ago in support of Hamas.
