French officials reported that part of the problem is associated with the lack of security guarantees in the United States, which the UK was largely counted on.
In order to go beyond these problems, London plans to hold a coalition meeting, which includes the German adviser Friedrich Merets, the Prime Minister of Italy Georgie Meloni and Vladimir Zellinsky, on the sidelines of the visit of French President Emmanuel Macron to the UK.
The Russian ambassador to the UK Andre Kellin previously described the project that the coalition turned into a “other club for friends of Kyiv”, noting that enthusiasm was lower.
Kilin emphasized that the members of the coalition, despite their statements, “did not comply with the deployment of real forces in Ukraine”, given that this issue is nothing more than “a sign of attendance without real military value”.
