JAKARTA – The National Police presented an additional budget for the needs in 2026. This request was submitted after the Bhaiangkara Institute received a demonstration ceiling at the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) 10.6 trillion Rupia.

“Thus, the National Police still experienced a shortage of 63.7 trillion rupees,” said the head of the National Police Astamaren Comzhen Vakha Hadinhong during a working meeting with the III House of Representatives in the Nusantar II, Senyan, Jakarta, on Monday (7/7/7/2025).

Vahay revealed a number of additional budget distributions of 63.7 trillion rupees. Firstly, the costs of employees in the amount of 4.7 trillion rupees are priorities for employees’ wages, a set of new personnel and correspond to an increase in the performance of 80% of the national police and ASN.

Then, the costs of goods in the amount of 13.8 trillion rupees, which were priority for improving the police operations and services of Camtibms, including operating needs for the development of the regional police of the Central Papua, southeast -witch Papua and Polres. In addition, this is also for servicing security security on the border, as well as on the smallest islands and others.

“Capital costs in the amount of 45.1 trillion rupees, which are priorities regarding the needs of electric vehicles, fast hunting vessels on the border, satisfying auxiliary equipment, identify cases of drug crimes, improving special space services for the construction of Maco Poluga, the construction of official houses as members of the national police,” he said.

“Thus, in the 2026 fourth year, the National Police proposed distributing a shortage of a budget ceiling or a budget distribution for 2026 financial year,” he continued.
