Next Thursday, October 31, the Fourth Section of the Provincial Court of Valencia will judge a man accused of sexually assault two women in less than a week, as confirmed by sources from the Superior Court of Justice of the Valencian Community (TSJCV).
The prosecution claims that on April 29, 2023, after a night of partying in a nightclub in Valencia, the accused went to her house with one of the victims and, once there, took advantage of the state in which she was found for him. alcohol consumption have sex with her, who could not give consent.
