A 13-year-old girl who left her home on September 5 has been found in Kemerovo, the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Kemerovo Region announced this today, September 9.
Police said the boy was found on one of the streets of the Leninsky district of the regional center. The schoolgirl was not injured.
“It has previously been established that no illegal acts were committed against him.” – says the message.
The circumstances of the incident are being determined by juvenile inspectors. Currently, the issue of bringing the girl’s parents to justice under Part 1 of Art. 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (failure by parents or other legal representatives of minors to fulfill their obligations to support and raise minors) is being considered.
