The appeal of unconstitutionality that the Government Council of the Junta de Andalucía approved this Monday to formalize against the amnesty law before the Constitutional Court (TC) fell into the hands of conservative magistrate Ricardo Enriquez.
This was announced on the same day that five of the autonomous communities governed by the PP -Andalusia, Aragon, Madrid, Cantabria and Murcia-, plus Castile-La Mancha, chaired by the socialist Emiliano García-Page, This Monday, they filed appeals of unconstitutionality against the amnesty law.adding to what was formulated last Thursday by the PP itself and to the question of unconstitutionality raised by the Supreme Court.
The Guarantees Court distributed the work this Monday. The newcomer to the TC, the conservative magistrate José María Macías will be the speaker of the appeal of unconstitutionality presented by the PPwhose admissibility will be examined during the plenary session scheduled for September 24. Macías’ presentation will set the tone on this issue, which will then have to be voted on in a plenary session with a progressive majority.
On the other hand, the question of the unconstitutionality of the Supreme Court is in the hands of the Conservative magistrate Ricardo Enriquez. And, as expected, his treatment will be accepted at the plenary session which will be held from this Tuesday.
To former Justice Minister Juan Carlos Campo They have awarded the Cantabria resource, in accordance with the established schedule.
