Twelve people have been detained after a mass brawl in the village of Afipsky in the Krasnodar Territory, according to the Russian Interior Ministry representative Irina Volk.
“For disobeying the lawful order of law enforcement officers, 12 people were administratively detained, including 11 company employees who arrived from other regions of the country and one local resident. By court decision, they were subjected to administrative arrest for a period of two to seven days.” — he wrote on his Telegram channel.
The department’s representative added that now police officers, together with local authorities, are determining all the circumstances of the incident and are also taking measures to prevent further violations of public order.
As reported EADailyOn September 7, a mass brawl broke out between residents of the village and people of non-Slavic appearance. Police detained more than 40 people; a criminal case was opened about the incident under the article on hooliganism (part 2 of article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
