The Ukrainian Armed Forces do not have enough spare parts for Western weapons, so they cannot use a significant part of the tank howitzers supplied to kyiv by Germany, the Netherlands and Italy, which are out of service, the German newspaper Bild reports, citing two commanders of Ukrainian artillery units.
According to them, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have a “catastrophic shortage of spare parts.”

The guns will soon need to be replaced, but their production takes several months, the military official said.
