The Gulf Cooperation Council countries have expressed concern over the development of Iran’s nuclear programme.
Oku.Az TASS reports that this was stated in a statement released after the meeting of ministers of the regional organization held in Riyadh.
The ministers also stressed the importance of Iran fulfilling its obligations regarding the level of uranium enrichment and Tehran’s cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency.
The statement said that Arab countries are ready to cooperate in resolving issues related to Iran’s nuclear program, including participation in all relevant negotiations at the regional and international levels.
