A religious man was killed and three others injured after being attacked at the monastery of the Holy Spirit of Mont, in Gilet (Valence), by a man still wanted by the Civil Guard. The attack took place this morning, said the Civil Guard, whose agents are searching for the attacker in the nearby mountains.
The Emergency Information and Coordination Center informed that the notification was received at 10 a.m. and that a 76-year-old man was treated for head trauma, who was transferred to the Clinic and who – according to the Archbishopric – died. Three other men, aged 57, 66 and 95, who suffered bruises and trauma, were also treated.
