The defense of Alberto Gonzalez AmadorIsabel Díaz Ayuso’s boyfriend, filed a brief with the Second Chamber of the Supreme Court in which he requests the indictment of the State Attorney General, Alvaro Garcia Ortiz.
As judicial sources confirmed to LaSexta, González Amador also requests that the provincial prosecutor of Madrid be requested, Pilar Rodriguezthe emails and communications sent and received with García Ortiz that he did not contribute to the Superior Court of Justice of Madrid (TSJM).
Otherwise, González Amador wants these communications to be required so that service providers can transmit them.
This Monday, the Supreme Court asked the Public Prosecutor’s Office to indicate whether it should admit for processing the reasoned statement presented by the High Court of Justice of Madrid against the Attorney General of the State for revealing secretsas well as other complaints and grievances on the same subject.
The Criminal Court issued an order procedure in which it agrees to combine in a single case the different actions presented against García Ortiz for the alleged revelation of secrets about the tax fraud by Alberto González Amadorboyfriend of the president of the Community of Madrid.
