“It is not true that some universities require paper documents from admitted students during registration.”
Oku.Az This was stated by Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev in his statement to journalists.
According to the Minister, the transition to a fully digital system has already been made:
“In most cases, this process was carried out digitally. This is perhaps more than 90 percent. During the transition period, for various reasons, very few universities requested paper documents from students. In any case, this process is carried out on the .edu.az portal, there is no need for others. I believe that the process will be completely digitalized in the coming years.”
