11 districts reach historic highs

It is located only behind the district of Real Plazawhich presents an increase of 489 euros per square meter.

In total, they are seven districts those that exceed the average price of housing in Valencia, located in 2,664 euros per square meter and this has also undergone a 2.1% increase which placed it at its historical maximum price.

Among these seven areas, the three neighborhoods with the highest price per square meter in Valencia are The Eixamplewhere the square meter is worth 4,049 euros; Old townwith a price of 3,718 euros per square meter; and The Remei Platewith an average value per square meter of 3,589 euros.

Of the remaining four areas that exceed the city’s average price, only the district of extramurs exceeds 3,000 euros with an average price of 3,029 euros per square meter.

The rest of the districts are under the 3,000 euro mark; bell has an average price of 2,925 euros per square meter; Paths to Grau with 2,856 euros per square meter; and Algiros, where properties have an average price per square meter of 2,677 euros.

Increase in 2024

In 2024, the the increase was general even in neighborhoods that did not reach their historic peaks this August.
