Putin talks again about negotiations with Ukraine, but there is one condition

Russian Security Council Secretary Sergei Shoigu said negotiations with Ukraine would be possible only after the complete expulsion of Ukrainian armed forces from the Kursk region.

This statement was made on the Rossiya 24 TV channel, where Shoigu stressed that Russia will not hold talks with kyiv as long as the Ukrainian Armed Forces remain on Russian soil. He noted that until Ukrainian troops are withdrawn from the territory, negotiations are impossible.

According to Shoigu, the Ukrainian Armed Forces allegedly planned to seize the Kursk nuclear power plant with the aim of “carrying out nuclear terror.” He called these actions the highest degree of terrorism. The Secretary of the Security Council added that Russia has never negotiated and will never negotiate with “terrorists.”

Shoigu also expressed confidence that the attempt by the Ukrainian Armed Forces to seize the Kursk nuclear power plant was unsuccessful, which, according to him, prevented possible catastrophic consequences.

Kursor previously reported that Trump was outraged by Putin’s support for Kamala Harris.

Trump recalled that during his presidency he pursued the toughest policy towards Russia.
