THE Rafa Mir’s Complainant He maintains in his complaint that he did not suffer any but two sexual assaults. Both with what is called “carnal access”, which was previously called “with penetration”. She points out that Mir throws her dressed into the pool and that there he tries to kiss her by force.
The young woman states exactly that in the water he grabs her from behind and inserts his fingers into her, that she always wears this skirt and that this attack, according to her complaint, lasts five minutes.
“At that moment, Rafa grabbed me in front of him, holding me with one arm from behind while I inserted my fingers into my vagina on one side of the pants that was elastic. I can’t say how many fingers he put in me. This attack lasted 5 minutes,” the complainant said.
According to him, he manages to get away but has to go back to get his bag. And that’s when the sexual assault that she reports in the toilets happens. The young woman details that Rafa Mir forces her to go to the toilet and she says he forced her to sit on the sink and inserted his fingers into her.
She claims that while everything was happening, she was crying and telling him that her father was coming to pick her up. In addition, she adds that the friend is outside the bathroom and scolds her for being with him because she thinks it is a consensual relationship.
In the nine pages of the complaint, he explains why he did not speak of “sexual assault” to the local police officers who came to the chalet. The complainant emphasizes that she tells the female officer what happened, that Rafa Mir had forced his fingers on her, but that in her opinion, the other two male officers did not believe her and showed no interest in finding out what had happened.
In the complaint, he even highlights a devastating sentence: “One of the officers asked me to calm down so my father wouldn’t mess things up when he arrived.”
The other big new thing in the complaint is that the woman reveals a very specific sentence from another friend of Rafa Mir who was at the chalet that evening.
It’s a key witness and in the woman’s complaint it is stated that this boy apologizes to both women and tells them word for word “If this happened to my sister, I would kill them”in reference to Rafa Mir and Pablo Jara.
