Russian “Formula 1” driver Daniil Kvyat defeated a car controlled by artificial intelligence in the “Super Formula” tournament held in Japan.

During the race, the Abu Dhabi Driverless Racing League (A2RL) car spun and crashed into a guardrail.

It should be noted that such a contest was previously held in April 2024. And then Kvyat won a car controlled by artificial intelligence.

Let’s remember that Kvyat is 30 years old. In 2014-2017 and 2019-2020 he competed in “Formula 1” for the “Toro Rosso” and “Red Bull” teams. In 2018 he was a reserve driver at “Ferrari”, and in the 2021 season, at “Alpin”. In total, Kvyat participated in 110 races and three podiums in Formula 1.
