US Vice President and Democratic candidate for the upcoming elections, Kamala Harris, accused her rival, Donald Trump, of helping supply chips to China, which led to the modernization of the Chinese military.
“During Donald Trump’s presidency, he started selling American chips to China to help them improve and modernize their military. He basically sold us out.” Harris said during the debate with Trump.
It is critical for the United States to win the technological race with China, and it is necessary to increase chip production, Harris said.
