The head of the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office, Alejandro Luzón, will personally intervene on behalf of the Public Prosecutor’s Office in the trial opened by the Supreme Court against the socialist deputy José Luis Ábalos, who will be investigated for alleged corruption crimes in which he would have been involved when Minister of Transport and Organizing Secretary of the PSOE.

The Supreme Court will only investigate Ábalos, while the National Court will have to continue investigations into the other people involved, including Koldo García, advisor to the former minister, and Aldama.
