The trial of the criminal case of Idris Nasibzade (parole), accused of hooliganism, has concluded at the Goranboy District Court.
According to information obtained by Pravda.az, the verdict was read out at the trial presided over by Judge Togrul Mammadov.
According to the court’s verdict, he was fined 2,000 manats.
According to the indictment, the incident occurred on May 24, 2024, at around 11 o’clock in the corridor of the polyclinic department of the Goranboy District Central Hospital.
Thus, the resident of the region, Idris Nasibzadeh, born in 1978, had an argument with his compatriot, the victim Bayram Nuruzadeh (conditional). The dispute was caused by the queue for a doctor’s appointment. At that moment, he cursed the victim, grabbed him by the neck with both hands and pushed him to the ground. Then Idris overpowered Bayram and injured him. After the incident, Idris Nasibzade was arrested and brought to criminal responsibility.
