The trial of Panah Oruclu (conditional) accused of hooliganism has concluded at the Nizami District Court.
According to information obtained by Pravda.az, the verdict was read out at the trial presided over by Judge Nariman Mehdiyev.
According to the court’s verdict, he was fined 1,200 manats.
According to the indictment, the incident occurred on July 1, 2024, at around 23:00 near the Peoples’ Friendship metro station located on G. Garayev Avenue in the city of Baku, Nizami district. Thus, Panah Orujlu objected to Ramazan Ramazanli’s inappropriate (conditional) speech during the conversation between him and another person. Then an argument began between those people. At that time, he applied physical force to the victim, deliberately hitting her face and other parts of her body with his hand and knee, causing her injuries. After the incident, Panah Orujlu was detained and brought to criminal liability.
