Liputan6.com, jakarta – The corruption eradication commission continues to develop the case of alleged corruption cases on extortion plans for the use of foreign workers (RPTKA) at the Kemenaker Ministry. In the last process of the KPK investigation, it was possible to confiscate 11 assets divisions belonging to one of the suspects with fantastic value, reaching 6.6 billion RP.
Speaking for the execution (acting) by the KPK representative, Wake Prazeti, explained that the assets consisted of property and funds in several regions.
“Confiscated assets include two housing units worth about 1.5 billion rupees, four rented units and boarding houses about 3 billion rupees,” said in his statement on Wednesday (7/7/2025).
In addition, KPK also captured four land sectors worth about 2 billion rubles. And money in the amount of 100 million rupees. It is known that these assets are distributed in the depot and Bekashi.
The alleged business of extortion arose after KPK called eight people suspects, including officials of the General Director General of Binapent and PKK Kemenaker. Allegedly, they forced certain parties, especially potential foreign workers (TKA), to provide some money to legally work in Indonesia.
“These people picked up or forced someone to give anything to potential foreign workers,” said the acting deputy KPK, acting and execution by ASEP Guntur Rakhaya, on Tuesday (05/20/2025), after a search of the Ministry of Office in Jakarta.
The determination of the suspects was made on the basis of an order for an investigation issued in April 2025.
