Tofig Zeynalov, former head of the executive branch of the Tovuz district, has passed away.
Oku.AzAccording to information obtained by , he died at the age of 80.
It should be noted that Tofig Zeynalov was the head of the executive power of the Tovuz district in the period 2007-2018. He is the brother of Major General Ramiz Zeynalov, head of the State Traffic Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
