One person has died in a road accident involving rapper Koba LaD on Tuesday 10 September at around 11pm on a ramp of the A86 in Créteil (Val-de-Marne), Agence France-Presse (AFP) learned on Wednesday from a source close to the matter. According to the same source, the 24-year-old artist, who lives in Essonne, was at the wheel when his vehicle, a luxury sedan, arrived. “at full speed” on an exit ramp of a gas station and collided with a parked heavy vehicle.
The front passenger, born in 1994, is dead, the source said, indicating that the rapper and the rear passenger are slightly injured. The artist was taken to hospital and has not yet been placed in police custody. The truck driver is safe and sound, the source said.
A police source contacted by AFP confirmed the circumstances of the accident, without specifying the identity of the driver. According to this source, three people were slightly injured.
