National Police officers dismantled three heroin and cocaine sales outlets in the Madrid neighborhood of Usera-Villaverde. Four people were arrested in two parallel operations, as reported by the police in a statement.
One of the arrested persons was selling narcotic substances in the area of a playground, next to a cultural centre, in broad daylight. The other two detainees are the owners of the house that served as supply point for the seller. In a parallel operation, another point of sale in the same district was dismantled after the interception of a drug transaction in the open street.
The investigation began last May, after it was learned that near a children’s park they were selling narcotic substances in broad daylight. Once the investigation was opened, investigators were able to identify the alleged seller.
Subsequently, they verified that once buyers, after paying, had placed their order, they would go to a nearby address to collect the requested amount and then return to the park to finalize the transaction. It should be noted that on some occasions, buyers came consume your dose in the same place, without caring that there were pedestrians or even minors in the area.
As a result of these events, on September 5, two simultaneous searches were carried out in two homes, in which eight grams of heroin, one gram of cocaine, two scales, almost 2000 euros in cash, a semi-automatic rifle, two shotguns, as well as 156 shotgun cartridges and 60 rifle cartridges.
Finally, two men and a woman were arrested on suspicion of committing an offence against public health and brought to justice.
In another parallel operation on August 20, a police signal was intercepted in the middle of a public road. a drug transaction between two men. After some quick investigations, the officers went to the home of the alleged seller, assuming that it could be the place where the narcotic substance was stored.
Inside the house they found nearly 7,000 euros in cash, 3,000 grams of tusi, 500 grams of ketamine, more than 5,000 grams of cocaine, 1000 grams of crystal and almost 100 grams of hashish, as well as a precision scale. Due to these events, this individual was arrested as allegedly responsible for a crime against public health. After being brought to justice, his imprisonment was ordered.
