Five lines were affected by the incident, forcing them to operate on a single track.
The trains of five lines of the Madrid Cercanías network that pass through the Recoletos tunnel have recorded delays in the frequencies of passage of one hour after the breakdown of a train in the aforementioned station that forced it to circulate on a single track, according to information from Adif.
The incident occurred around 11:20 a.m. and affected trains on lines C-1, C-2, C-7, C-8 and C-10, which suffered delays although at no time was their circulation interrupted.

Renfe sources told Europa Press that a technical incident occurred on a train stopped at RecoletosThe rest of the trains were therefore selectively diverted via O’Donell.
The incident was resolved by 12:30, at which time trains gradually returned to their usual frequencies. During the duration of the incident, trains experienced average delays of 15 minutes.
