It should be noted that yesterday the authorities forcibly evacuated residents of 2,500 villages that could be damaged by the typhoon. In addition, schools and offices were closed and ferry flights and domestic flights were canceled in at-risk provinces.

The typhoon is expected to move northwest of Luzon, then weaken and continue moving over the South China Sea.

It should be noted that “Toradji” was the fourth typhoon to hit the Philippines in the last month.
