Luxembourg court lifts sanctions against two Russian citizens

The European Court of Justice in Luxembourg has decided to suspend EU sanctions against two Russian citizens. TASS reports this today, September 11.

There is also an interesting clarification: in the Ezubov case, the Luxembourg court ordered the parties to pay the court costs, but the costs of the plaintiff Tokareva will be borne by European taxpayers.

At the same time, the judge rejected claims by other Russian businessmen and a similar appeal by the National Settlement Depository of Russia.
