A new episode of “Aydyn Tarik” has been released.
This episode of the show discussed the terrorist acts committed in the United States on September 11.
At 08:46 local time, United States Airlines passenger planes headed for the North Tower of the World Trade Center, which has become a symbol of New York, and at 09:03 for the South Tower.
The crashes were severe and caused the buildings to completely collapse. There were also serious fires. 40 minutes after the attack in New York, the US Ministry of Defense building (Pentagon) was also hit.
Twenty-five minutes after this attack, a passenger plane hijacked for the same purpose was neutralized by the US Air Defense Forces. The target of this plane was the White House. As a result of the attacks, about three thousand people died and more than six thousand were injured.
These terrorist acts were very different from the terrorist acts committed in the last hundred years. The attacks were planned on a large scale against one of the most powerful countries in the world. To this day it is not clear how the attackers managed to bypass security systems. Historian Rizvan Huseynov said that several versions have appeared on this subject, which is why information pollution arises:
“The most serious investigation here was commissioned by the US government itself. The most fundamental and questionable question for me is why the steel panels under the magnificent building heated up to a thousand degrees and crumbled when the plane hit. If you watch the videos carefully, you will see that 3-minute small explosions occur in those 10-story steel structures every second. Technicians who serve on the planes say that it is impossible to melt steel. That is why the meltdowns in the basement raise many questions.
The possibility of carrying out a terrorist attack of this scale at the same time in the United States, especially in air transport, was incredible. No matter how many years have passed since the event, such myths and conspiracy theories do not end and, most importantly, the events of September 11 initiated a major anti-terrorist operation in the world.
