Tural Orujov, press secretary of Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency (AYNA), which controls parking, said the non-payment requirement for parking vehicles in paid parking spaces for up to 15 minutes applies to parking spaces organized by state highways.
It should be noted that according to the amendment to Part 15 of Article 53 of the Traffic Act, the first 15 minutes are free in paid parking lots.
