On the section of the Baku-Guba highway that passes through the Khirdalan bypass, half of the road has been excavated for more than a week, but has not yet been restored.
According to information from Khezerxeber.az, after excavation, repair and restoration works on the road leading to the town of Absheron in Khirdalan from the highway, there was a danger for drivers because the asphalt layer had not been laid in that place.
The Absheron Water Reclamation Systems Operation Department reported that after the repair and restoration works carried out in that area, it is planned to lay an asphalt layer on the road:
“This should be done in a planned manner. Because if the asphalt layer is laid immediately in that place after repair and restoration, another collapse may occur. That is why asphalting of that place is planned after a certain period of time. The problem will be solved in a short time.
