The heavy rains of the new DANA which affect the west of Almería this Monday evening have flooded the A7 motorway near the town of Balanegra. This is shown in the video that accompanies this news.
In the afternoon, the mayor of Balanegra, Nuria Rodriguezhad previously reported that water from the neighboring municipality of Dalías had caused significant flooding of two boulevards that pass through their town. In this area, 170 liters per cubic meter have accumulated in less than an hour. Indeed, Aemet had raised the alert to orange in the west of the province due to the intensification of the rains.
